What is Clockhi?
Clockhi is an online time clock that runs inside LINE and WhatsApp. Employees clock in from chat or a QR kiosk, and owners manage shifts and attendance on the web.

How does clocking in from chat work?
The employee opens the clock-in page from a chat message, the page checks location or network, and the punch is saved in seconds.

Draw a GPS range around each store, add the shop Wi‑Fi, or both.

Shifts and schedules
Build weekly schedules, publish them, and staff see their shifts in chat. Overnight shifts and break times are supported.
Leave and corrections
Staff request leave or fix a missed punch. Managers approve with one tap in chat or on the web.
GPS and network rules
Each location can require GPS, the shop network, either, or both.
Month-end close and export
Lock the month, then download attendance in Excel, in a format ready for a labor inspection.
Six languages per person
English, Traditional Chinese, Japanese, Thai, Indonesian and Vietnamese. Each employee picks their own.

Run more than one business, or work for more than one, with the same account.
What is the QR kiosk?
A tablet at the entrance that shows a QR code which changes every 20 seconds, so staff clock in on site by scanning it.
Pair any old phone or tablet from the dashboard in a minute. If the tablet goes offline, the dashboard shows it. The kiosk helps confirm staff are on site; it does not claim to stop every kind of buddy punching.
What location data does Clockhi keep?
Location is read only at the moment of clocking in, never in the background.
After 90 days the exact position is removed; only the location name, distance and result are kept. Attendance records are kept for 5 years, as Taiwan's Labor Standards Act Article 30 requires.
Employees can download their own records at any time.
How much does Clockhi cost?
Prices will be published at launch. Leave, approvals, corrections and exports are all in the base plan — no add-on fees later.
Frequently asked questions
Do employees need to download an app?
No. Staff clock in from LINE or WhatsApp, which they already have. A native app for extra features comes later.
Can staff clock in from home?
Not if you set a rule. Each location can require GPS within a range, the shop network, or a scan at the QR kiosk.
Does Clockhi work with GPS?
Yes. The clock-in page reads the phone's location once and checks it against the range you drew for that store.
Which countries is Clockhi for?
Any country. Each company sets its time zone and language, and staff choose LINE or WhatsApp depending on what is common locally.
Is Clockhi a good time clock app for a small business?
That is who it is built for: shops, restaurants and clinics with shift workers, from a few people to a few hundred.
What happens to our data if we stop using Clockhi?
You get 30 days to export everything. Attendance records stay yours; Clockhi only processes them for you.
